When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, mobile number, email (if provided), delivery address, and order history so we can fulfil and track your orders.
Your information is used to process orders, contact you about delivery status, apply promotions, and improve our menu and service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you choose to pin your delivery location on the map, that location is stored against your saved address so our riders can find you accurately. You can update or delete saved addresses at any time from your account.
We send one-time passcodes via SMS to verify sign-ups, sign-ins, and password resets. These messages are used only for account security.
When you choose to pay online, your payment is processed directly by Swich, our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card, wallet, or bank account details — Swich shares back only the order reference and payment status needed to confirm your order.
Your payment details and personal data collected during online orders are processed securely by our partner payment gateway on behalf of Salt-Range Enterprises.
You can review, edit, or delete your saved addresses and favourites from your account at any time, and can contact us to request deletion of your account data.
