We deliver to the areas listed at checkout, primarily across Rawalpindi & Islamabad. If your address falls outside a serviceable area, you can still choose Self Pickup from our outlet.
Delivery charges vary by area and are shown before you place your order. Orders above Rs. 1,500 in our serviceable areas qualify for free delivery.
Estimated delivery time is typically 30–45 minutes from order confirmation, and Self Pickup orders are usually ready within 20 minutes. These are estimates — actual times can vary with weather, traffic, or order volume, and you can track live status on your order tracking page.
An order is confirmed once our kitchen accepts it. We reserve the right to decline an order (for example, if an item is unexpectedly unavailable or the address is outside our service area), in which case any payment taken is refunded in full per our Refund Policy.
Our rider will attempt to contact you using the phone number on the order. If we're unable to reach you or complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled and handled under our Refund Policy.
